File Locations
For the troubleshooting purposes, you may need to know the location of important Accordance files on your computer. Locations of files are provided below for Windows XP and later Windows operating systems.

Note for Experienced Users All imported Bibles prior to Version 11.1 were stored in and remain stored in a Shared User Bibles folder. With Version 11.1, imported Bibles are stored in the Texts folder. |
Vista, Windows 7, and Above Operating Systems

The ProgramData folder is initially invisible to you. Navigate to C:/ and then type ProgramData in the address bar. You can then navigate to the desired Accordance content. The subfolders provide access to the Accordance Preferences, Atlas files (if installed), Gloss folder (if installed), Logs (error reports), and all Accordance Modules (Shared Highlights, Shared User Bibles, Shared User Notes, Shared User Tools, Texts, and Tools) |

| Accordance files | C:\Users\[user name]\My Documents\Accordance Files | Your personal Highlights, User Notes, and User Tools files are saved here, as well as any automatically saved sessions. These files cannot be accessed by another user on your computer, unless you copy or move them to the corrected "Shared" folder (above) |
